Cleat Width: 10 inches with 14 inches through clearance. – Cleat Contact Length: 76 inches. – Maximum Opening: 9 inches with – standard 1-inch cleat. – Cleat Type: 1-inch thick, 65A durometer cleated caterpillar type traction belts; roller chain runs on support platforms. Features a pneumatically controlled pendulum-mounted upper traction belt, manual height adjustment on the lower traction belt, and adjustable product entry guide rollers with bearings. – Frame: Heavy-duty, all-steel mwelded construction with 4-inch swivel casters and 1.250-inch floor lock jack screws. All parts are plated or painted to resist corrosion. Drive: Two 3hp closed-loop vector drives for improved speed regulation and an increased 50:1 speed range. Cleat Speed Range: 1 to 30 feet per minute. Direction: Right to left. Voltage: Wired for 460/3/60 power supply. Center Height: 42.25 inches ±2 inches. Paint: Tele gray – RAL 7047. Front Operator Station: Eye-level control box with hinged rear access door, e-stop, lockable disconnect, and HMI touch screen control for start/stop, digital feet per minute, digital load readout, and speed functions. Includes pneumatic clamping pressure and balance controls with pressure gauges. Remote Operator Station: Stop pushbutton, 10-turn speed potentiometer, digital speed indicator calibrated in feet per minute with 100 feet of cable.
