Regmac Model T540 Film Densifier

Reg Mag densifier runs great rebuilt motor and shafts 2022. 700-1500 lbs hour PP depending on moisture content of feedstock.  It is a 400 kW Regmac Model T 540 film densifier. Previously used on polyester yarn. Densifier includes 5 ton air cooled chiller, all electrical controls, and Regmac auxiliary discharge bin with ribbon agitator model VRD1700 to auger discharge for conveying densifying material. Auger discharge is connected to blower system which conveys material to Kongskilde aspirator. Has operator control panel, 440 volt 60 Hz Allen Bradley soft start starter panel, ABB 400 kW AC motor, 380 volt 50 Hz, and hydraulically actuated belt tension control with pump.
