NEW CONVEYORS MADE TO SPEC: EXAMPLE: 48″ wide x 23′ long infeed conveyor.
Details:
One New Heavy Duty 48″ wide x 20′ long Inclined Feed Conveyor, 12″ sides, cleated belt with 2″ high cleats on
24″ centers, 6″ diameter feed roll, with bearings in a heavy duty slide frame, allowing for belt adjustment. 8″ diameter
drive roll driven by a 3 HP motor/gearbox thru a chain/sprocket system. The bottom of the conveyor will be app 6″
off the floor. The exit height of the conveyor will be app 94″. (Note: this height can be adjusted based on customer’s need).
The bottom of the conveyor has a 60″ wide feed hopper. ( Again, this width can be adjusted to meet the customer’s needs)
The top of the hopper will be app 34″ off the floor to allow for complete emptying of a box dumper. The exit legs of
the conveyor can be adjusted based on customer’s need. They are set back app 46″. All legs on the conveyor have a
12″ height adjustment.
Includes a starter kit and an e-stop. 460V/3 PH/60HZ.
Conveyor will be primed and spray painted with Sherwin-Williams Steel Enamel. Color per customer request.

1. 6″ channels used in frame
2. 6″ diameter feed rolls and 8″ diameter drive rolls
3. Heavy duty feed roll adjustment
4. Sides and bottom of the conveyor formed from one sheet
